What information do we collect? How do we use it?
If you register to receive our mailing list we need to know your
e-mail address. When you make a booking with us, we need to know your name,
e-mail address, billing address. This allows us to deal
with your orders and to supply the goods and services you order. If you enter
a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address
and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored
by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Unlike most commerce sites,
we do not use cookies or any other method to store information on your computer.
Our belief is that if you want us to know something about you, then you will
tell us.
How does Magic Management Limited protect customer information?
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information
which you have given us, in compliance with the UK Data Protection Acts of
1984 and 1998. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request
proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to
you.
